Job Description

PBT Group has a role for a Campaign Administrator to join the team. This role is to ensure that the processes required for the successful execution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing campaigns and communications are completed accurately and on time. The initial focus is the execution of email campaigns, SMS and Facebook remarketing.

About the role:

  • Execute marketing and communication campaigns on D365, in collaboration with service providers and relevant internal resources, within an agreed roles and responsibilities framework
  • Reviewing and interrogating D365 briefs from marketing managers and other relevant stakeholders
  • Setting up campaigns, audience segments and creativity on the platform (includes email template set up, segment creation, UTM tracking, scheduling, sending timeframes, campaign flow)
  • Conducting campaign technical testing (set-up and data)
  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders (data, creative, campaign manager, digital) to obtain relevant approvals and ensure timeous deployment of campaigns
  • Circulating and interpreting post campaign engagement reporting to key stakeholders

About you:

  • Minimum matric, marketing qualification desirable
  • 3-5 years experience in agency or business executing direct digital and email marketing campaigns on a marketing automation platform
  • Experience with workflow management and digital asset management platforms advantageous
  • Google marketing platform experience or certification advantageous
  • Dynamics 365 Certification advantageous, but otherwise required within the first 6 months of hiring (MB220 – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and MB-200 – Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core)
  • Experience with web design and development including HTML advantageous
