What You’ll Do:

? Engage with the Macro Environment

• Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging opportunities, trends, and capabilities that will elevate development work.
• Drive process improvements and share your recommendations for systems enhancements.

???? Collaborate and Align with Business Needs

• Partner with BT and business stakeholders to craft roadmaps that align with business requirements and drive outcomes.
• Work across disciplines, including vendor-driven sessions, to enhance the collective understanding and operational efficiency.

???? Solution Design and Coding Excellence

• Develop comprehensive solution designs and ensure all coding efforts align with business needs and governance standards.
• Leverage your backend and frontend expertise to bring creative, scalable solutions to life using technologies such as Docker, Java, Angular, NodeJS, and more!

???? Test and Refine

• Design and execute test cases to ensure systems are ready, functional, and secure.

?? Service Handover and Support

• Provide second-tier support as needed, ensuring a smooth transition and continuous improvement.

What You Need:

? Experience & Technical Skills

• 2  years of experience in Java development, with a solid command of both backend and frontend technologies.
• Expertise in SQL (especially MSSQL), SOA, Microservices, Docker, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and more.
• Familiarity with Agile/DevOps principles and hands-on experience with tools like Maven, Kafka, Teamcity, and Nexus.
• Bonus: Experience with workflow tools like TIBCO AMX or rules engines like Drools.

Education & Certifications:

• A degree in a relevant field (Technology, Science, Engineering, or equivalent).
